Service Description
Jatterbox provides live captions, audience engagement tools (Q&A, polls, donations), community analytics, and 130+ language translation for live events. The service is provided “as is” and we continuously work to improve reliability and accuracy.
Accounts
Organizations must create an account to host sessions. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One organization per account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Jatterbox to distribute harmful, illegal, or hateful content. Our safety filters help prevent inappropriate content, but organizers are responsible for the content of their sessions.
Payments & Fees
Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually. A 2.9% processing fee applies to donations on Growth plans (inclusive of credit card processing). Pro and higher plans have 0% platform fees. Event Passes are one-time purchases valid for a single event.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.
Translation Accuracy
Live translation is provided by automated systems and may contain errors. Jatterbox does not guarantee 100% translation accuracy. For critical communications, we recommend professional human interpreters.
